By creating an account, uploading a statement, or otherwise using FinancialVault.me ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

FinancialVault.me is an information tool. Nothing it produces — card recommendations, spending profiles, portfolio reviews, equity research, chat answers, action items, or any other output — is financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or to open, close or use any financial product. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, bank or tax preparer, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Service. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

You use the Service entirely at your own risk, and every decision you make with it is yours alone. Outputs are generated from documents you supply and from third-party data, partly by automated language models, and they can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. Verify anything that matters against your own statements and the issuing institution before you act on it. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

Each subscription runs on a server provisioned for that account alone. You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done through your account. Keep your own copies of anything you need: we maintain reasonable backups, but we do not guarantee that data can be recovered.

You keep ownership of everything you upload, and you confirm you have the right to upload it. Your statements, balances and positions are stored on your own server. When a document requires a language or vision model to read it, the text is sent to a cloud provider anonymously, without information identifying you, and the structured result is returned to your server. Deleting your account deletes the server and the data on it.

The Service costs $49 USD per month. The first month is free; unless you cancel before it ends, billing begins automatically and renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

The Service relies on third parties — bank connection providers, market data, filings, news, model providers and hosting. We do not control them and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability or terms. Institution names and marks shown in the Service belong to their owners; their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of FinancialVault.me.

Use the Service only for your own household's finances and only lawfully. Do not upload documents belonging to people who have not authorised you, attempt to reach another account's server, probe or overload the infrastructure, resell the Service, or use its output to provide regulated financial advice to others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinancialVault.me and its operators are not liable for any investment loss, missed reward, tax consequence, lost profit, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or endangers the infrastructure — with notice where practical.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect, and continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new version.
